PIERRE GAGNON studied Commerce at the University of Toronto and is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. In 1988, he joined Brukar Inc., a manufacturer of industrial components for the food equipment industry as president. Mr. Gagnon is currently managing director of Chancery Investments Inc., an investment company. He is a director of publicly listed Baymount Incorporated and Spot Coffee (Canada) Inc. as well as a number of private companies. Mr. Gagnon was the chair of Copernicus Educational Products Inc. from 2006 to 2009. He is also a director of Halton Healthcare Services Foundation and Oakville Galleries.

ROBERT RUBINOFF attended the University of Western Ontario and New York University.  Mr. Rubinoff was President of Leeds Sportswear Ltd. and held numerous positions at Commonwealth Holiday Inns of Canada Ltd., latterly as Executive Vice-President and Director.  He is currently President of Inglewood Holdings and Sheffield Inc. (US); Director of the Equitable Trust Co. and the Huron University College Foundation; member of the Mount Sinai Hospital Board of Directors and Vice-Chairman of the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation.

ROBIN BOOKBINDER, C.A. graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and in 1981 attained the Chartered Accountant designation.  Currently he is Vice President of Pinedale Properties Ltd., a privately owned real estate management and development company in the Greater Toronto Area.  Past Chair of the Federation of Rental Housing Providers, Mr. Bookbinder has served on the Board of Directors for a number of years.  Other activities include fundraising for the UJA Federation and the Zareinu Educational Centre and teaching at York University.

MICHAEL NEWMAN is Chief Executive Officer of InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust.  InterRent was started in 1997 to acquire small multi unit residential properties in the GTA.  Prior to starting InterRent, Mr. Newman was managing director of two family owned investment/merchant banks, as well as having ownership and management roles in a number of private and public companies in the electronics and telecommunications industries.  InterRent became a publicly traded company in 1999, converted to a REIT structure in 2006 listed on the TSX, and currently owns and manages multi residential buildings in communities across Ontario.  Mr. Newman also serves on the Board of Directors of a number of other companies.

ELIAS TOBY, C.A. is Chief Operating Officer of Dancap Private Equity and The Dancap Group. As a member of the Dancap team, Mr. Toby provides expertise in corporate planning, governance, structuring for new and ongoing businesses, transaction strategy and advanced income-tax ruling requests. He brings 15 years of financial expertise to Dancap.  Most recently, he was the principal of his own accounting firm, where he advised a diverse group of owner/operator and mid-sized businesses.  Prior to this, Mr. Toby was with Anderson Quick and Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in taxation and assurance services.  He serves on the boards of several community organizations.
